Using this website
By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site. We may update these terms, and the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
The catalog is not a checkout
Pages list parts and machines so you can identify what you need. They do not show a price, and looking at a page does not place an order. A sale starts only when we send a quotation and you accept it.
Photographs, names, and reference numbers are there to help you recognise a part. Always check the machine brand, model, and the part number with us before you rely on a match. A listing can be withdrawn or corrected at any time.
Quotations and supply
A quotation sets out the item, the price, and any delivery we have agreed. It stays open for the time stated on it, or for 7 days if no time is stated. Availability is confirmed when you accept.
Used machines are sold as used. We describe the condition we know about. New replacement parts are supplied to the specification in the accepted quotation.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the inquiry form, attempt to break the site, or copy the catalog to build a competing list.
- Do not post unlawful, misleading, or abusive messages.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the part numbers and machine details you send us.
Our content
Text, photographs, and the layout of this website belong to ATD NIGERIA LIMITED or are used with permission. You may share a link to a page. You may not copy the catalog for resale.
Brand names such as Putzmeister, CIFA, and Schwing belong to their owners. They are used here to identify compatible parts.
Liability
We take care to keep the catalog accurate, but a page can contain an error. Confirm the part with us before you fit it. We are not liable for loss that comes from relying on a listing without that confirmation, or for events outside our control such as a delayed shipment by a carrier.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria does not allow us to limit. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
