Privacy policy
ATD NIGERIA LIMITED explains what information this website collects and how it is used when you browse the catalog or ask for a quote.
Who we are
ATD NIGERIA LIMITED operates ATD - Heavy Machinery Spares, a catalog of heavy-machinery spare parts, used machines, and after-sales services. The office is in Lagos, Nigeria.
Questions about this policy can be sent to alfred.dahdah@atdnigeria.com.
Information we collect
If you send an inquiry, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, subject, and message. When the inquiry is about a part, we also keep the part name and reference so the reply matches the right item.
The website also records technical details that a browser sends with a request, such as the address of the page, the time of the visit, and the browser type. We use that to keep the site working and to deal with abuse.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To supply a part, machine, or service you have asked for.
- To keep a record of what was requested and what we replied.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. Staff who handle quotations can see an inquiry. A delivery company or supplier receives only the details needed to fulfil an order you have accepted.
WhatsApp, email, and the phone network are separate services. When you choose Chat on WhatsApp, call, or email, that provider receives the message under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as we need them to quote, supply, and deal with a follow-up question, and then for the period our records and tax duties require. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that we no longer need to keep.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we have no duty to keep it. Send the request to alfred.dahdah@atdnigeria.com and we will reply.
This site is aimed at businesses and people buying machinery parts. It is not directed at children.
