Delivery is arranged after you accept a quotation. Cost and timing are confirmed with that quotation, not on the catalog page.
How an order is delivered
There is no checkout on this website. Tell us the part or machine you need, and we reply with a quotation. Delivery is included in that quotation when you want the goods sent to you.
We deliver within Nigeria and can discuss shipment to other countries. The quotation names the destination, the carrier or our own delivery, and the charge.
Timing
Stock items are dispatched after the quotation is accepted and any agreed payment is received. Parts that have to be sourced take the lead time stated in the quotation. Dates are estimates. We will tell you if a shipment slips.
When the goods arrive
Please check the package against the quotation when it arrives. Tell us straight away if something is missing, damaged, or not the part you ordered, and keep the packaging until we have replied. See the returns page for what happens next.
