Returns
If a part or machine is not what was agreed, contact ATD NIGERIA LIMITED before sending it back. Refunds follow an accepted quotation, not an online checkout.
Talk to us first
Email alfred.dahdah@atdnigeria.com or call the number on the contact page, and include the quotation or part reference. We will tell you whether to hold the item, return it, or send a photograph.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, short, or not the part named on the quotation.
Parts we can take back
- The part is unused and in the condition we supplied.
- It is the item on the accepted quotation, or we supplied the wrong item.
- It was not made or ordered specially for you, unless we agree to take that order back.
Used machines
A used machine is sold in the condition described in the quotation. Tell us promptly if it does not match that description. A change of mind after you have inspected and accepted a used machine is handled only if we agree in writing.
Refunds
If we agree a return, the refund covers the amount you paid for the item. The quotation states who pays the return transport. We refund by the same method used to pay, after we receive and check the goods.
